Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS.
USPS or UPS orders are processed within USPS/UPS shipping days of Monday-Saturday.
All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday).
All products sold by Elevated Trading, LLC are hemp-derived and compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill (containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis). These products are federally legal hemp, not marijuana.
Elevated Trading, LLC only ships orders within the United States and does not ship internationally.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and legally authorized to purchase hemp products on behalf of your business.
We do not ship to any jurisdiction where hemp products are prohibited or restricted. Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local laws.
Elevated Trading, LLC may cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent, violates our policies, or is being shipped to a restricted jurisdiction.
Elevated Trading, LLC does not sell or ship any vape products.
An adult signature will be required upon delivery for age-restricted compliance.
If preferred, customers may ship using their own freight account for large B2B orders; however, the customer assumes all liability and responsibility for the shipment when using their own carrier account.

Order Processing

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. The typical processing time for your order is 24-48 hours before shipping, determined by the product mix and quantities ordered.
If you place your order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), please allow extra time for processing. This order processing estimate does not include the actual shipping times, which are listed when you make your shipping option selection at checkout.
Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times, such as sales events and especially during the holiday season.

Delivery Times

Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
UPS Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2-4 days of being shipped.
Please note that UPS shipping times are not guaranteed.

Please keep in mind that tracking information with UPS may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local UPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office.
While UPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of UPS are not the responsibility of Elevated Trading, LLC, and must be resolved by contacting UPS.
Customers must inspect shipments promptly upon delivery. Any damage, missing items, or incorrect items must be reported within 3–5 business days of delivery and must include photos of the package and affected products.
Elevated Trading, LLC will assist customers with filing carrier claims and will issue replacements or refunds as appropriate based on the outcome of the claim.
Once an order has shipped and been accepted by the carrier, Elevated Trading, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, misrouting, or tracking inaccuracies.

Once an order has shipped, Elevated Trading, LLC is no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you.

Shipping Rates

All additional shipping methods and rates will be communicated through our online channels or via your account manager here at Elevated Trading, LLC. In the event that you receive the message, “No shipping rates available for your area”, this means that we currently do not ship to the address or location that you have provided. Please contact our team at [email protected] if you need assistance.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative replacement item, or potentially remove the item from your order and issue a refund back to your credit card or other method of payment.

Damaged Or Missing Products/Order

In the event that you receive your order and there is product damage, broken bottle(s), wrong flavor(s), etc., please take a picture of the products immediately and e-mail us along with a brief description of the problem to [email protected].
